Click the search buttonģ) Select the appropriate inmate by clicking the ‘Select and Add’ button that appears next to the inmate name.Ĥ) The inmate name you selected will appear on the page. To perform a search, you must enter at least 3 characters to perform a name search. Click ‘Activate Account’Ħ) Select ‘Go to Homepage’ and begin shoppingġ) If you are already logged in, please go to the home page and select your category you would like to shop fromĢ) Click on the ‘Find an Inmate’ button and enter the first or last name or inmate number. If you do not receive the activation email in your Inbox within this time period, please check all Spam and Junk folders.Ĥ) Please confirm your email by clicking on the activation link in the emailĥ) This link will prompt you to sign in using the email and password combination you have created. Click the ‘Login’ button in the upper right hand corner.Ģ) Select ‘Create Account’ on the right hand side of the page.ģ) You will receive an email to activate your account within 30 minutes. If this is your first time on the new website, you will need to create a new account.ġ) Click on the iCare link above. Please keep in mind your email address and password combination from the old iCare website will no longer be active. If an inmate is released prior to receipt of the iCare package, a refund will be issued. That would be the following Tuesday week later. For example: If a facilities delivery day is Tuesday and a delivery is placed the day after the facilities normal delivery day the order will be delivered the next available delivery day. Some Facilities allow multiple delivery’s during a given time period and others allow only once a week delivery. Due to different schedules at different Correctional Facilities, delivery times can be affected. Any refunds/credits due will be applied to the original card used. All cards will be charged on the day the order is placed. When paying by credit card be sure to include the card number, expiration date, card verification number (3 digit card verification number found on the back of the card), card member’s name, address and phone number. If orders are mailed in with a catalog order form, payments of cashier’s checks, money orders and institution checks are accepted. On the iCare website, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Online orders typically arrive in 1-3 weeks. One package per quarter is allowed – all packages must be under 30 lbs, including the weight of packaging. Refused packages:Ī 10% restocking fee and all outgoing and return freight charges will be deducted from refunds for all refused packages. Please make sure that the item(s) you ordered are approved and will be accepted at your facility. ICare is not responsible for refused items. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt and is returned to us within 30 days, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. They are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Used or damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. of Corrections and Rehab has approved all items in this catalog however, some items in this catalog may not be allowed at every facility. If there is not a direct replacement available or an alternate selection made by the purchaser, we will issue a refund. If the manufacturer has replaced an item with an updated model, we will ship the replacement item in place of the discontinued item. Manufacturers will occasionally discontinue an item.
